In the first transaction, Jesper renewed and restructured its 30,000-sf lease at 50 County Line Rd. The space consists of 10,000 sf of office and showroom area, and 20,000 sf of warehouse space. Building owner Frank Zimmer was represented by John Adams of Coldwell Banker Commercial/Feist & Feist of Roseland.

Next door at 210 Meister Ave., Jesper expanded its warehouse space from 16,800 sf to 25,000 sf, with the expansion lease developed to be co-terminus with the lease at 50 County Line Rd. Adams again represented the ownership, in this case Getty Avenue Associates.

As Jesper's rep, Greene has completed several transactions for that company in the past few years, and is currently working on site selection and build-to-suit assignments for the client.
