The latest new hires include Frank Lopriore, who has joined the Fairfield office as SVP. Specializing in office and industrial tenant rep, his previous stop was Trammell Crow Co. Also coming over from the merged TCC is John Donnelly, who joins G&E's industrial group as vice president.

Adam Silver has joined the firm's office group, based in the Edison office, with the title of SVP. He had been with Newmark Knight Frank. Also based in the Edison office are Wayne Kasbar, who takes the title of SVP in the office group; and Kim Kretowicz, SVP, who had been the branch manager of the Central New Jersey office of Weichert Commercial.

Finally, Bill Kanter has joined the industrial group and is based in the Fairfield office with the title of vice president. He had previous stints with Colliers Houston and Eastman Management.
