Located at 197 Route 18 South at Exit 9 of the New Jersey Turnpike, the professional office building has been renovated recently by its owners. According to Davis Realtors' Stuart Davis, the building currently has several suites available, the largest being 3,800 sf. "The real news here is that the owner will provide as little as 1,000 sf of renovated space for start-up businesses," he says.
For Davis Realtors, the new assignment is being handled by that firm's sales associates Swati Mankikar, Tom Carroll and Rosemary Chimento.
