Also included in the sale was a 119,000-sf, two-level parking structure with 423 parking spaces. The buyer was represented by Marcus & Millichap senior associate Alex Zylbergait. The seller was NRI LLC, which was represented by Lawrence Stockton, Robert Listokin and Sal Bonsignore, of Colliers Abood Wood-Fay.
"The property is in excellent condition, with fantastic visibility from Florida's Turnpike and has a good mix of units and is extremely well occupied," Stockton says.
