Cariste recently played a key role in the final phase of redevelopment of the Chevron Refinery in Perth Amboy, a $200-million project scheduled for completion in 2008. He's also done major projects for Sloan Kettering Cancer Care, White Rose Foods and Comdisco. Frankel has exclusively represented more than 100 million sf of industrial properties and has a client list that includes Mary Kay Cosmetics, IBM, Abbott Labs Chevron, Nabisco, Dress Barn and GAF, among others.
Bansbach, meanwhile, has generated $81 million in sales and $77 million in leasing transactions in the past five years. And Casagrande has represented such companies as Cablevision, Utz Foods, DiFeo Lexus, United Refrigeration and AJ Jersey Lift Trucks.
