The seller, a provider of market intelligence to the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries, was represented by CB Richard Ellis' EVP Jon Sarkisian, SVP Richard Danesi, VP Brian Godau and associate William Hassan. BAE, a London-based defense and aerospace company, was represented by Resource Realty of Parsippany.
"IMS Health achieved its real estate objectives in the strategic disposition of this building," Danesi says. "BAE Systems has shared this space with IMS Health for several years and was looking to expand its operations. It was the most advantageous solution for both parties."
The building is located within two miles of Route 46 and Interstate 80 in Northern New Jersey. BAE Systems plans to use its now-expanded space for its New Jersey communication, navigation, identification and reconnaissance operations.
