New York—Pantheon, which develops industrial, office and mixed-use project in the tri-state area and elsewhere, has hired Intellicoat Technologies, an energy services company, to renovate and modernize each Pantheon property into a "green" building. Under the terms of the agreement, the locally based Intellicoat will provide Pantheon, also based here, with such services as energy audits and installation of Intellicoat's energy-efficient roof coatings.

The deal follows the recorded success Intellicoat achieved in a pilot project completed for Pantheon at the latter's Miami Free Zone campus in Doral, FL. There, Intellicoat delivered energy savings of $.82 per sf.

"Our goal is to deliver an exceptional real estate product for our tenants," says Pantheon president Ken Cohen. "All of our properties' residents will reap the benefits of this program."
