Jack Freker, president and COO of Zenta, tells GlobeSt.com that the company services the "entire spectrum of real estate professionals," including third-party service providers, real estate investment trusts, owners, developers, asset management firms, and institutional and investment banks.
"Now fully integrated and re-branded under the Zenta name, we've creating the world's largest Knowledge Process Outsourcing Co. focused on the real estate industry," Freker tells GlobeSt.com. "The new Zenta has operations in six locations spanning three continents and will employ more than 5,000 people, with over 1,700 professionals dedicated to its Global Commercial Real Estate services platform. As an integrated services firm Zenta is able to deliver unparallel end-to-end commercial real estate solutions: whether it be offshore, onshore, onsite or consulting."
Past clients include Citigroup Global Markets and Developers Diversified Realty Corp. Zenta aided Citigroup with commercial mortgage underwriting, overnight loan sizing and asset summary reports. Where as for DDR, Zenta assisted the company with property accounting, lease abstracting, lease administration and content management, according to Freker. Client response has been positive to the integration, "Clients are excited about finally having a one-stop shopping opportunity for end-to-end real estate solutions."
Although, all three companies have been part of the former H-Cube for several years, Freker tells GlobeSt.com the time was right for the full integration of all parts of the firm, because "We've consolidated offices, are opening our new global headquarters in Midtown Manhattan, further bolstered our management team in both India and the US and further developed our sales force to accommodate our accelerated growth."
