Reprogenetics, a genetic laboratory specializing in pre-implantation diagnosis, took the biggest block, signing on for 9,400 sf at 3 Regent Park. The company, represented by Ken Flynn of CB Richard Ellis, is relocating here from a smaller space in West Orange. Terms were not released.
The other new lease was signed by GPS Inc., a start-up company that makes and distributes global tracking devices, which took 1,700 sf to launch its business. Home Solutions Inc., a contracting firm and long-time tenant, has added 1,900 sf to its existing 5,000 sf at the site. Eric Maurer, Eastman's director of leasing, was the in-house rep for the signings.
"Each of the two new tenants had specific requirements for their space," says Peter Schofel, Eastman Management's president. "Consequently, each lease had to be specifically tailored to their needs."
