Buschman Partners, originally a boutique brokerage firm headed by John Buschman, was most recently affiliated with GVA Williams NJ, and before that CBRE and Insignia/ESG. Managing principals of the new local office of NKF, holdovers from Buschman Partners, are Steve Tolcash, who in a 20-year career has focused on corporate users and property owners in greater Princeton, and Tom Romano, who has handled tenant, landlord and investor rep for the past dozen years. Other members of the office are director James Murray and associate Brian Rushing.

"We are extremely pleased to have these market leaders join our organization," says Joseph Caridi, NKF executive director of brokerage and advisory services, NY Tri-State. "They are recognized as dominant forces in the Princeton market, and we anticipate that this reputation will continue to grow."

The acquisition marks the 26th domestic office for NKF, which has 165 offices around the world.
