Stephen Cooper with NAI Robert Lynn tells GlobeSt.com that the relocation will be completed just a couple months shy of a lease expiration for 9,000 sf at 2355 Merritt Dr. in Garland. He says talks went full circle within a couple months to bring a new tenant into 10455 Vista Park Rd. Continental Wireless, which designs two-way communication systems, will use Northgate II as its headquarters and main operations point to sell two-way communication systems in addition to installation and maintenance.
The 43,200-sf Northgate II has 20,800 sf being marketed at $5.25 per sf triple net. The Glendale, CA-based PS Business Parks Inc. is the owner, with Cooper in charge of leasing the second-generation, shell space in the Stemmons-Walnut Hill Corridor.
