"This is an opportunity for prospective tenants looking for a corporate office environment within Monmouth County," says WCB vice president Mark Fowler, who's handling the assignment with colleague Mario Chiarella.

The available space at the building, located near Exit 105 of the Garden State Parkway, includes 24 perimeter offices, five conference rooms, a raised floor area and a loading dock, according to Fowler. "The space can be divided to approximately 5,000 sf," he says.

The 30-year-old Donato Group is the developer of the surrounding Eatontown Industrial Park. On the office side, the company owns some 700,000 sf of mostly class A buildings. Its tenant roster includes J.H. Cohn, an occupant of 23-33 Christopher Way, and Computer Science Corp., Northrop Grumman and OpNext, among others.
