It was designed by Lessard Architectural of McLean, VA. The project's exclusive leasing and marketing agent is the Millington-based Silbert Realty & Management, headed by Brian Silbert. Co-developer BSS Properties is an affiliate of Silbert Realty & Management.
River Park at Raritan is situated on 15 acres overlooking the Raritan River in this Somerset County community. Considered a transit village, the location is near a NJ Transit commuter rail station in this city's downtown area. As reported by GlobeSt.com, the project won preliminary approval in 2003 and the property subsequently underwent site remediation tied to its earlier industrial use.
