Seller 111 Howard Associates was represented by Michael Harrington and Matthew Schnurr of Grubb & Ellis. According to John G. Udell, president of WCB, "the deal closed in just two weeks."
At the time of sale, the class A building was 90% occupied by multiple tenants, including Logos Corp., North American Logistics, Caduceus Market Research, GreenShift Corp. and Child & Family Resources. Available space had previously been listed on Grubb & Ellis' website with an asking price of $17.50 per sf plus tenant electric.
