The one-time director of development for DPR Construction was most recently an account director with Liberty Greenfield California, where he developed and implemented real estate strategies, and provided construction logistics and contracting strategies for large corporate clients such as Blue Shield, SGI and FormFactor.
Hulbert is a LEED-Accredited Professional as recognized by the US Green Building Council. He also holds a California Real Estate Sales license and is the founding member of CoreNet Global's greater northern California chapter.
