And P&F has hired Weichert Commercial Brokerage to find those tenants. For WCB, the assignment is being headed by senior vice presidents David Fisher and Jim Sousa, and assistant vice president Rachel Addonizio.
"P&F has displayed terrific foresight in delivering much-needed corporate office space to this market," Fisher says. "The facility will provide companies needing proximity to the ports with a new option to acquire corporate headquarters-quality space."
The property consists of four buildings totaling 140,000 sf on 10 acres with room for expansion. The site is approximately five miles from Newark Liberty International Airport and the Port of Newark/Elizabeth.
