According to Weiner, the Paychex deal with Lexington brings the volume of leasing activity at the Lexington this year to more than $15.5 million, the highest volume of new leases signed for any property in the market. Paychex was represented by Dave Willis of Cresa Partners.
ING Clarion is in the midst of a repositioning of the Lexington, a new name that the building owner adopted for the property in January. The repositioning will also feature a remodeled lobby, a café with outdoor seating and a more prominent location for the building's signature bronze stallions.
