The new facility will be the company's third office suite location in Westchester County. Stark Business Solutions already operates a 17,000-sf facility at 445 Hamilton Ave. in White Plains and a 15,000-sf location at 100 South Bedford Rd. in Mount Kisco.
W&M Construction will build out the space for Stark Business Solutions, which expects to take occupancy of its new executive office suites location by September.
"500 Mamaroneck Ave. is a premium building in an outstanding location," says Adam J. Stark, president of Stark Business Solutions. "The combination of its easy access from the Hutchinson River Parkway and I-95, its high-end amenities and the top notch building staff made it the obvious choice for our continued expansion."
W&M Properties recently completed a $12-million capital improvement program at the property. W&M's Jeffrey H. Newman, executive vice president, and assistant vice president Kathleen Caracappa represented the building owner in the transaction. Eric Goldschmidt of Goldschmidt & Associates of Scarsdale represented Stark in the deal.
W&M Properties also reported that it has signed a lease with Pittsburgh-based law firm Eckert Seamans Cherin & Mellott, LLC, at its Ten Bank St. office building in White Plains.
The law firm signed a lease for 2,835 sf on the 10th floor for its satellite office. W&M's Newman and Kimberly Zaccagnino represented the building owner in that transaction.
