And Teicher, a locally based residential and commercial developer, has reserved half the building for use as a new headquarters. The company is planning to move from its current site nearby on Route 18. The leasing effort for the rest of the space will start later this year, according to Ryan Teicher, the company's vice president.
"There has been a significant increase in the number of companies that are looking to establish operations, relocate or expand in suburban markets," Teicher says. "Cranbury Road Office Park will have modern build-to-suit spaces and a highly visible location."
