The company is expected to occupy the space in mid-summer, Hardy tells GlobeSt.com. \"The new space was a way for the company to control its growth and increase its visibility,\" he says.</p> <p xmlns:i=\"incisive-repository\" xmlns=\"http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml\">With the lease, the building is approximately 75% occupied. The building, part of Duke's four-building Hillside at Huntcrest office development, offers access and visibility to Interstate 85 and Sugarloaf Parkway.
