The asset is owned by Rreef Real Estate Investment managers. For JLL, the assignment is being headed by executive vice president Dennis McConnell and vice president Jodie Matthews.
And the building currently has limited availability, according to McConnell. That availability consists of two pre-built units, one totaling 4,836 sf on the building's first floor, the other of 3,247 sf on the second floor.

Built in 1986, 90 E. Halsey Rd. is located between two four-way interchanges of Interstates 80 and 287. The property is known for its high ratio of windowed perimeter offices, and has public areas on all three floors.
