NEWARK, NJ-D'Artagnan, a distributor of specialty food products, has renewed its lease at 280 Wilson Ave., an industrial property owned by the New York-based Pantheon Properties. The company uses the 35,000-sf space as its headquarters and main distribution center.
The renewal term for the lease runs for 10 years. Further terms of the signing were not released; the remaining space in the 81,000-sf building, or approximately 46,000 sf, is available and currently listed with an asking price of $9.75 per sf triple-net, plus $1.42 per sf in CAM charges. The availability includes about 7,000 sf of built-out office space, as well as an expandable block of 11,000 sf of cooler space.
"D'Artagnan and Pantheon have enjoyed a long-term relationship, and our successful association will continue for many years," says Gary Capetta, EVP of Pantheon. "The building is equipped with both refrigerated and frozen areas, and its almost two acres of parking make it a location for the company's heavy distribution needs."
The Pantheon asset is situated on approximately four acres in this city's Ironbound section, not far from the New Jersey Turnpike.
