In addition to Palm Beach Gardens, the company has locations in Fort Lauderdale, Orlando, Tampa and Jacksonville."The northern Palm Beach County office market is an increasingly important business market in South Florida," says Jason Sundook, West Palm Beach-based NAI/Merin Hunter principal. "Space is at a premium, but now with an executive suite facility, there will be a more flexible and cost efficient option for area businesses." Sundook repped the building owner, New York City-based Lexington Realty Trust.

The building is located off PGA Boulevard and Interstate 95. Office Suites Plus provides outsourced office space and business support services. "The building was already built-out with a lot of offices so the configuration was a perfect fit for Office Suites Plus," Sundook tells GlobeSt.com.

Sundook estimates that 75% of the configuration could be automatically converted to executive suites. "The timing was right," he says. "The market area has seen a lot of high-end growth, but there are not enough quality executive suites to match the growingdemand."
