For Edwards, Angell, the signing marks an expansion and relocation of its New Jersey headquarters within RexCorp's portfolio. The firm is currently in residence at 51 JFK Parkway in nearby Short Hills, a property that also houses the New Jersey division of the Melville, NY-based RexCorp.
The signing at One Giralda Farms also marks one of the initial major deals following the repositioning of the class A building. The makeover included a redesigned lobby, new landscaping and revamped parking, and a variety of new amenities, according to Todd Rechler, SVP and managing director of RexCorp's New Jersey division.
One Giralda Farms is part of a campus that also currently includes Three and Seven Giralda Farms, all class A buildings. Also part of the package is a two-building development site at Four Giralda Farms.
