NORTH BRUNSWICK, NJ-Northwood Estates, a 253-unit apartment complex, is up for sale, and the owner, the estate of Henry Rosenzweig, has given the exclusive sales agency to the Kislak Co. For the Woodbridge-based Kislak, sales associate Barry Waisbrod is heading the marketing assignment.
