PENNSAUKEN, NJ-Eiko Ltd. has signed a lease for 19,126 sf at 7950 National Hwy. here. The Shawnee, KS-based manufacturer and supplier of specialty lighting products will use the space for distribution purposes. The lease encompasses 18,526 sf of warehouse space and 600 sf of office space.
Eiko was represented by Marc Isdaner, director and SVP of Colliers Lanard & Axilbund, Philadelphia, and landlord VCV LLC was represented by NAI Mertz Corp., Mt. Laurel. Terms were not released; the space had been listed on NAI Mertz' website with an asking price of $4 per sf triple-net.
Eiko's signing brings the one-story, 44,000-sf building to full occupancy. The company will share the facility with Lacas Coffee Co., which built it several years ago and uses the site as its headquarters.
