"Ricky's NYC was looking for a class A industrial property within close proximity to New York City that could satisfy all of their space and logistical needs," says Gary Capetta, EVP of the New York-based Pantheon. "They join a group of fellow tenants at this location that are also successful New York-based retailers."

Pantheon's 3200 Liberty Ave. is a 215,000-sf, single-story building on nine acres immediately off the New Jersey Turnpike. Ricky's NYC was represented in the transaction by Matthew Corpuel of CB Richard Ellis. Terms were not released; availabilities at the property are listed on Pantheon's website with an asking rent of $6.50 per sf plus CAM charges of $1.03 per sf.
