OAKLAND, NJ-ND Industries, a developer and supplier of fastener coating products and services, has renewed and expanded its lease at 128 Bauer Dr. here. According to Kevin Swill, president of Kushner Properties, the Clawson, MI-based ND Industries has signed on for an additional 3,406 sf, boosting its occupancy at the 41,450-sf, single-story flex building to a total of just more than 20,630 sf. Terms were not released.
The signing marks the second time the tenant has expanded its space at the location, according to Swill. ND Industries has maintained its Eastern Fastener Processing Division at the northern Bergen County location since 1997.
Built in 1979, 128 Bauer Dr. is situated on two acres near Route 208 and I-287. It was acquired in 2001 from Keystone Property Trust by Kushner Properties, the commercial real estate arm of the Florham Park-based Kushner Cos.
