And construction starts with 9,000 sf already accounted for by Associates in Pulmonary Medicine and ID Care. "Additional leases will be announced shortly," says a spokesman for Vita & Vita.

Much of the remaining space is expected to be taken by doctors. The building, which is located approximately three miles from Saint Clare's Hospital in Dover, also offers optional equity participation. Completion and occupancy is slated for the spring of 2008.

As reported by GlobeSt.com, Vita & Vita received second- and third-phase approval from local officials a year ago. The first phase is up and running in the form of a 13,000-sf CVS Pharmacy, and after completion of phase two, the third phase will take the form of 9,900 sf of retail stores scheduled for groundbreaking in the spring. The fourth and final phase will be a 3,680-sf freestanding bank, with a tenant still to be announced.
