The two latest signings add up to more than 4,200 sf, with Exquisite Bride, a new couture bridal salon accounting for 2,791 sf of that. And Silver Shop, a fixture in Downtown Princeton for 70 years, has taken 1,450 sf for a new store, sited adjacent to Luxe Home Co. across Fountain Square from the complex's Westin Hotel. Both deals were orchestrated for Gale by Ethan Goldsmith of the North Plainfield-based Levin Management Corp., the property's exclusive retail leasing agent. Terms were not released.

The two latest signings follow a major restaurant deal at PFV. As reported by GlobeSt.com, Levin, in July, signed Ruth's Chris Steak House to a 12,000-sf, freestanding site. Also in July, a 60,000-sf Can Do Fitness and affiliate Koi Spa opened in the complex's former food court, which has been relocated.

"We are focused on creating and maintaining a strategic tenant mix at the Village that satisfies the upscale consumer needs of patrons," says Fred Knapp, VP of the Roseland-based Gale. "Exquisite Bridge and our other recent additions are tangible signs that the revitalization is continuing at an accelerating pace. The positive momentum is undeniable."
