The Edison, NJ-based Mack-Cali was represented in-house in the transaction by Daniel Ackerman, senior director of leasing. The new lease runs for a term of 11 years. Further details were not released; available space in the building is listed on Mack-Cali's web site with an asking price of $24.50 to $26.50 per sf.
The RBA signing brings to nearly 100,000 sf the amount of leasing activity that has occurred at the 154,000-sf, recently renovated 7 Campus Dr. Preceding the latest signing were commitments of 46,000 sf by Daiichi Sankyo Inc., and 17,800 sf by Express Scripts Inc.

"Mack-Cali Business Campus continues to attract businesses, and we look forward to serving the RBA Group's office space needs for years to come."
The recently completed renovations at the class A building include new lobby finishes. Also part of the makeover are an upgraded glass entryway, improvements to the entry plaza, upgraded elevator cabs, common area improvements and a new walkway between the parking lot and the building.
