The NYSA was represented by Jack Feeney, managing director in the Iselin office of Studley, and senior managing director Robert Goodman in that firm's New York office. Jones Lang LaSalle represented landlord Metroview Office LLC, which has its headquarters at 333 Thornall St. as well. Terms were not released.

The move is a slight downsizing for the NYSA. "While the Edison space is smaller than the 20,000 sf NYSA leased in Iselin, it is more aesthetically pleasing and eliminates redundant space, allowing for greater operational efficiencies," Feeney says. Studley had previously advised the NYSA in its initial move to Iselin six years ago.

Also known as Metroview I, the 12-story 333 Thornall St. is within the Metropark Corporate Campus. Built in 1983, it encompasses a total of 194,000 sf.
