Levin Management Corp. manages and leases the property for its local owner and arranged the lease with Super Foodtown. The latter is a supermarket cooperative with more than 50 stores in New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania. The signing was arranged by Ethan Goldsmith, leasing agent for the North Plainfield, NJ-based Levin. Terms were not disclosed.
"The operator of this store is a highly experienced local family with two additional locations in Springfield and Roselle," says Dale Mulartrick, Levin's director of leasing. "They have a very hands-on approach to running their business."
Galloping Hill Shopping Center is now 100% leased, with a tenant roster that includes Mandee, Citibank, Walter Bauman Jewelers and Radio Shack. Super Foodtown replaces A&P as the property's grocery anchor.
