PERRIS, CA-A buyer doing business as Weekend Warrior has acquired an industrial property of nearly 53 acres on Nuevo Road along the 215 Freeway for $14.3 million, according to Coldwell Banker Commercial Almar Real Estate Group. The property, called Nuevo, is destined for an industrial project in this fast-growing city, according to executive vice presidents Allen L. Nunez and Jeff Givens of Coldwell Banker Commercial Almar.

Nunez and Givens represented the seller of the property, SLS GF Kearny Nuevo LLC. The buyer was represented by Mike Guiliano of Lee & Associates.

Nunez says that the parcel "offers fantastic potential, in an excellent location, for an industrial investment property." Perris provides prime available land, an able work force, plenty of affordable housing, Nunez notes.

Nunez adds that the City of Peris is investing in beautification and other improvements in the city in order to attract development. The area long the 215 Freeway has been attracting significantly more development in recent years, with investors and developers acquiring land and starting industrial projects in Perris and surrounding communities.
