The seller was represented in the transaction by CB Richard Ellis Nashville office senior associate Ashley Compton, along with Randy Olen and Sim Wilson, of CB Richard Ellis' Miami office.
Tarco Properties owns three other storage facilities in the Miami area, which operate under the name "Value Store It." Value Store It 1 was constructed in 2003, Value Store It 2 was constructed in 2004 and Value Store It 3 is currently under construction. The company also owns office and industrial properties.
