A partnership that includes Froedtert and Community Memorial hospitals signed leases to fill the first 60,000-sf building, which is scheduled to be complete in November. The companies will use the property for primary care and outpatient services, Wilson tells GlobeSt.com.
He says the demand is met by a competitive medical marketplace. The company's new complex is surrounded by hospitals, including Aurora Health Care, which bought Advanced HealthCare in July for $100 million. "The companies are looking to step up recruiting," Wilson says.
The second 60,000-sf building will be completed by February 2008, he says, but the third building doesn't yet have a completion date. The asking rate will be between $22-$23 per sf, triple net. "We have about 20,000 sf of leases under letters of intent in the second building so far," Wilson says.
