The signing was arranged by Tom Butera of the Fort Lee office of Metro Commercial Real Estate, whose firm represents Cosi in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Delaware. Terms of the lease were not disclosed. At Florham Park Plaza, the eatery chain will join a tenant roster populated by Dress Barn, McDonalds and Citibank.
The Deerfield, IL-based Cosi now has 110 company-owned and nine franchised restaurants in 16 states and DC. Its newest store at Florham Park Plaza is slated to open later this fall.
