"As the township nears residential build-out capacity, already tipping past the 80% mark, Tuesday Morning will become an additional resource for the nearly 12,000 families that live here," says Jeff Dash, vice president of leasing for the Lightstone Group, the Lakewood, NJ-based owner of the property. "Tuesday Morning offers quality furnishing and décor items without the designer prices. The cost of living is high, so this will provide an additional cost-cutting resource for consumers."

The community shopping center is located on 16 acres on Route 38 West and Ark Rd., near I-295. Other tenants at the center, which has a number of personal service-type businesses, include the AAA Vacation Store, Novacare Rehabilitation Center, Tot Time Child Development and Burger King, the latter on a pad site.

The center, which Lightstone acquired in 2002 from a local partnership, is currently listed with two vacant slots totaling just more than 5,300 sf.
