The two new tenants are Marathon Data Systems, a Tinton Falls-based automation software firm, which took 12,075 sf; and Corporate Star, a Manalapan-based consulting firm, which took 6,209 sf. Terms were not released; space in the building is listed as "negotiable."
"We're happy to report the building's continued leasing momentum," says Sheldon Gross, president and CEO of the West Orange-based company, who teamed with SVP Jonathan Glick to negotiate the leases. "The building provides tenants with the opportunity to customize their space, which is rare in this marketplace."
The building is part of the larger Wall Commercial Office Park, which is currently under development. As report by GlobeSt.com, Gross received clearance in 2005 to build between 300,000 sf and 500,000 sf on the 47-acre site fronting on Route 34.
