The deal was brokered for the owner by Jeffrey A. Prezant, James L. Frank and Adam D. Padla of Cushman & Wakefield's East Rutherford office, while the tenant was represented by Gregg Najarian of Studley. Terms were not released.
"This transaction highlights a period of significant activity at Overlook," says Prezant, whose team has the building's exclusive. "We've had lease signings totaling more than 60,000 sf over the past six months. It currently has units available from 2,000 to 20,000 sf."
Tenant Projects in Knowledge is a 27-year-old company that provides medical education activities for clinicians.
