The sublease deal was reported by Cushman & Wakefield, which represented both parties in the transaction. Protegrity will occupy the entire 10th floor of the 14-story 224,000-sf building that is owned by RFR Realty Assoc. Protegrity had occupied approximately 8,300 sf of space at 15 Water St. Almost 15,000 sf of Converium space on the 11th floor remains available for sublease.

Cushman & Wakefield's Paul Kauffman, executive director, and Brook Feder, director, represented Protegrity in the transaction. C&W senior director Steve Baker and associate Torey Walsh spoke for Converium, which is a company owned by Berkshire Hathaway.
