The asset, located in South Jersey's Atlantic County between Atlantic City and Ocean City, has the US Drug Enforcement Administration as its major tenant, occupying 6,600 sf. A total of nearly 17,000 sf is occupied by four local law firms: Petro Cohen Petro; O'Brien, Belland & Bushinsky; Weiss & Paarz; and McAllister Hyberg.
