In the largest deal, optical fiber producer OFS Fitel LLC has renewed 28,000 sf for 10 years for its headquarters at 25 Schoolhouse Rd. in Franklin Township, NJ. The company, owned by Japan's Furukawa Electric Co., also uses the space for telecom processes R&D.

In the second Garden State deal, the Express-Times has renewed its lease for 5,860 sf at Mountainview 78, a class A office building at 171 Route 173 here. The tenant is a local newspaper that is based in Easton, PA serving several counties in the two states.

In the two Pennsylvania deals, Wawa has signed a 20-year pad lease for a 5,700-sf convenience store and 7,400-sf gas station in Nazareth. And Grantek Systems Integration, a provider of integrated manufacturing automation services, has signed a three-year deal for 3,700 sf of office space at 7423 Windsor Dr. in Allentown.
