"We are experiencing rapid growth of our US-based operations and decided to open a second office to complement our headquarters in Houston," says Iain Gordon, the company's VP of global business development. "We continue to hire staff throughout North America."
The Princeton office of Colliers Houston & Co. arranged the signing for both sides, with SVP Doug Twyman, VP Milt Charbonneau and associate Steve Scott all involved. Terms of the lease were not disclosed; availabilities ranging from 1,000 sf to 22,000 sf in the 19-year-old, three-story building at 101 Morgan Ln. are currently listed with an asking price of $18.50 per sf.
"Pharm-Olam was attracted to Princeton North Plaza because of its location in the Princeton market and its proximity to a significant amount of other pharmaceutical and life sciences companies," Twyman says. "The building ownership has developed a very competitive package for prospective tenants taking into account both financial and non-monetary needs. Even challenging time requirements can be accommodated."
