The buildings, both which have brick facades, were sold by a local investor group for an undisclosed price. And both assets are currently available for lease.

"The facilities are located near [Exit 8A] of the New Jersey Turnpike, and are suitable for general business and medical offices," says Matrix VP Hilary Budny. "The buildings offer suites ranging from 1,700 sf to 16,000 sf. Work is already under way to upgrade the signage, landscaping and common areas in the buildings."
