Located at 185 Route 17 South, the property is now fully leased with the signing of the investment and banking services company. Schwab will join existing tenants Jennifer Convertibles and Sprint at the site. The shopping center is also slated to get a facade renovation, a project that will start shortly, according to Greenberg.
