WEST DEPTFORD, NJ-The Dolan Group has started construction for 41 Phoenix Dr. within the company's Kings Point Business Park in this township's Thorofare section, with delivery slated for Q1 2008. Being constructed by the Westampton-based company's Dolan Contractors Inc., the industrial facility will bring 184,000 sf of new space to the market.
And Dolan has given the exclusive for the property to the King of Prussia, PA-based Jackson Cross Co., with that firm's Lou Battagliese and Harry McKenna heading the assignment. Located in metro Philadelphia, the building is situated at Exit 19, a four-way interchange of I-295.
"The building is designed to accommodate freezer and cooler use, making it an opportunity for the foodservice industry," Battagliese says. "When it's completed, it will have 60 tailgate loading docks and two drive-in doors."
"It will have column spacing of 60 feet by 54 feet, and will be able to accommodate racking to 32-foot clear," McKenna says. "Office space can be built to suit, and the building can be divided."
Dolan is a design/build development company that specializes in Warehouse and Distribution buildings, with its portfolio situated in the Metro Philadelphia and Greater San Antonio markets.
