The manufacturing company that designs women's dresses, suits and sportswear for labels such as Larry Levine, Nina Leonard and Sharagano, was represented by Grant Greenspan and Michael Heaner of the Kaufman Organization. Michael Dreizen of Newmark Knight represented the landlord, 500-512 Seventh Ave. Ltd Partnership, in the transaction.
The Kaufman Organization also recently brokered another fashion deal. Designer Tory Burch, a women's sportswear and accessories designer, signed a 10-year lease for 25,324 sf of showroom and office space at 11 W. 19th St. Grant Greenspan and Michael Kaufman of the Kaufman Organization represented the landlord, Block Buildings, while John Brod and Laura Pomerantz of PBS Realty Advisors represented the tenant. Although the terms of the lease were undisclosed, the asking price for the space was $49 per sf.

"Both tenants will compliment each building's existing tenant base and we look forward to working them for many years to come."
