The deal was orchestrated by Fameco Real Estate of Plymouth Meeting, PA, with that firm's John Fasciano and Dan Shabel acting as brokers, according to company CEO Brandon Famous. Terms of the sale, including price, were not released.

Located on 11 acres at Route 130 South between Rising Sun Avenue and Dunnsmill Road, the property is anchored by a 54,500-sf Acme Supermarket. Other tenants include Starbucks, Hollywood Tans, Sleepy's, Subway, Supercuts and Wachovia. Acme Commons still has a 4,024-sf endcap available for lease, and Pantzer has retained Fameco as the center's leasing agent.
