Beaudette is the incoming national chairman of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties, and a director and past president of Naiop's Southern California chapter. He also is a director of the University of California at Irvine's Real Estate Advisory Council.
A long-time executive with CB Richard Ellis, Beaudette was most recently an SVP of Lowe Advisory Services, which is affiliated with Newport beach, CA-based Lowe Enterprises Real Estate Group Services. Prior to Lowe, Beaudette founded eSpace Direct, a web-based business designed to service the real estate activities of the Fortune 500 companies in streamlining their ability to track and manage their real estate assets.
At CBRE, Beaudette oversaw all activities of the company's Southern California investment management and marketing team. As the division's SVP and managing officer, he held positions in the Pension Advisory Group and Brokerage profit centers. For Harsch, Beaudette will coordinate the activities of the company's six regional managers, and will report directly to company president/CEO Jordan Schnitzer.
Harsch Investment Properties owns and operates 21 million sf of office, multi-tenant industrial and retail properties in five western states. The company acquired $250 million of real estate in 2007 and has $700 million of projects in its development pipeline.
